Driving through Gloucester this morning, you can see the holiday spirit starting to build. City workers were stringing lights on the tree by the fisherman statue. Wreaths are hung on lamp posts downtown. Storefronts are dressed for the holidays. Here at the Blue Shutters, we're getting set for the season.
